March 14, 2010

March 9, 2007 Danny and I were married in the Bountiful Temple for time and ALL Eternity!! This week we celebrated our 3 year anniversary! I can't believe that it's already been 3 years. I have to say that the more I get to know Danny the more I love him. I feel so blessed to have such an amazing husband... below is a pic from our wedding day and honeymoon just 3 short years ago.. xox Happy Anniversary!!

Honeymoon to Calica Mexico, Key West, and California :)

So our car decided to break down the day before our anniversary and it was my friend Sarah's B-day on our anniversary so we decided to all go out together and celebrate! We went to Red Lobster and enjoyed some YUMMY food! I used to work at Red Lobster actually and had forgotten how much I really do LOVE their food. It's super fatty so I have to make it a once a year treat but it was well worth it to go out with friends and my sweet hubby to celebrate!

I also made Sarah a zucchini cake which turned out really good!! I also made chocolate shells out of dark mint and white chocolate to decorate a little. Happy B-Day Sarah!

Then March 12th was my bf Aly's Birthday!! So her hubby and I decided to surprise her with dinner at our house! We had a nice dinner together. Aly and I have been friends since 2000 when we were roomies at BYU. I feel so blessed to have her and her hubby out here, feels like we have family closeby. It was a fun evening!

I made the white chocolate shells for Aly's cake and I made the seaweed out of white chocolate as well.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

To end the evening we ended up renting THIS IS IT. It was pretty good. I miss MJ and feel like his music has been a part of my life growing up. It was nice to hear some oldies but goodies on his DVD. All in all it has been a fun and crazy week!

Happy Anniversary! That's so cool you can make cool cake decorations like that. What a useful talent to have!
