Baby Update

UPDATE:  THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO TUESDAY MAY 3RD FOR THE ULTRASOUND... I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Happy Easter!  Ours was un-eventful and nice.  Danny had to study for a test that he's taking right now ...eek! We talked to the family on the phone & skype and both got little Easter baskets.  It was nice to remember our Savior and the resurrection and just enjoy being together....

Our little one also wanted to participate....while I was laying on the couch reading as Danny studied and I sneezed really hard and a few moments later I felt a little ---tap-tap-tap on the inside of my tummy!! It was so crazy!! I couldn't believe it but I KNOW it was our little one.  It was different from any internal feeling that I've had before.  It made Danny and I both very excited.  He wanted to feel it too but it didn't happen again and was super light so I think I could only tell from the inside.  Wow.. I always thought I would be more freaked out about feeling it move but I think I'm going to be ok with it because at least it means that it's "alive and kickin" in there which eases my worries.   I'm so paranoid after the last pregnancy that any little thing worries me!  Also we are planning on going in Friday to see the gender!! I'm hoping for a baby :) haha.. really a girl would be oodles of fun but I would love a little boy as my first to be the example big brother to the others that will join our family someday... until Friday..

Ps... I've had 5 days of no sickness.. knock on wood... the crazy dayz of 24/7 nausea might be over!! whoopieeee

I totally know the paranoia of pregnancy after a miscarriage. It lessens with each new successful pregnancy, but I still get paranoid and I'm on my third. I agree that feeling the baby move is great because once it's a daily thing, you get daily reassurance that everything is alright instead of having to wait for an ultrasound or to hear the heartbeat. I'm super excited for you guys and hope that everything continues to go well!

Yay! It's so nice when you can feel the baby, it's really reassuring :) Albert couldn't feel him for awhile, but when he did it was really special. I'm excited for you to find out the gender!

Yay for not being so sick all the time! That's so exciting that you got to feel the baby move around!! It'll be fun to find out what you're having too- for me it makes it feel even more real :)

I'm so happy for you! What fun times. I can't wait to hear what your having. Having one of each...I must say girls are total DRAMA...be careful what you wish for. :)
