Today I got up early and went and laid out to get one last fill of sun before we head back to the “real world.” Danny even woke up and came out too! I thought that since I left him sleeping and snuck out that he wouldn’t be awake for a bit but turns out that he wanted to lay out a bit too so that was super nice. Then we went to the airport and flew to Gerona then we took an hour bus to Barcelona, went to Mercadona for some last min shopping and finally made it back to our hotel.
This guy... our pilot made me laugh so hard! He was like Kronk from Emperors new groove and was hitting on all the flight attendants! hahahaa

Had to spend the last of our Euros in the airport.. hm.. I had to get some Torron! Yum!
After that we took a long flight back to the states... We decided to stay in DC for a week to find an apartment and on the very last day we found the perfect condo, signed the contract and flew home the next morning to pack it all up! DC or bust! haha
I have to say though that this was the BEST trip of my life with my very best friend! I think this trip made us even closer and I am so glad we did this before the crazy medical school life started. Thanks honey for a GREAT experience. xoxox
