So yesterday was a somewhat traumatic day for me. First of all in the morning as we were getting ready to go to the temple and trying to figure out how to pack our bags for palma the cleaning ladies came and said that we needed to leave at 9am!! well we had clothes everywhere because we were trying to re-pack our bags and we had 3 bags of food for breakfast and lunch because we had expected that we could stay later. Well plans changed :) so we packed up as quick as possible and stored our luggage downstairs in the hostel and changed in their bathrooms and ate our breakfast on their couches.. haha oh well. We then went and did a session and were the witness couple again and the little lady helping me through spoke only french and said everything in french so that was a learning experience for me! but we made it through and come to find out danny had her husband who only spoke french too.. haha. Well the session was just what we needed to start out the day. We then hopped onto the metro and went into Madrid to the Prado Museum which holds 3 floors of artwork/sculptures from 1100-1900. It was so beautiful! I was impressed that Danny knew so much about the history of some of the artists so it was super interesting to read & hear the stories behind the paintings and artists. Then we got back on the Metro and met some new missionaries on there and walked with them back to the CCM (MTC) and Danny reassured them that they would learn the language someday.. haha. They seemed so new and fresh I know that they will be great missionaries. Well it was back onto the metro and into the airport. Then we found out at the airport that we were supposed to print our boarding passes before we got there and they were going to charge us 40 E each to print them!! well i kinda freaked out on the kid and he only ended up charging us 10 E each to print them and then they charged us for our bags which was a surprise.. nothing like paying 60 for a flight and 60 in fees when you get to the airport!! grr.. well then i got to security and in trying to get our bags underweight I had forgotten that i left my hairspray, shampoo, and conditioner in my carry on.. so as they threw away my $15 big sexy hair spray i lost it.. Yep I cried over hairspray! Also before we went through Danny stuck on all his garments - 8-pairs and all the jackets - 3.. trying to make our carry on the right weight.. haha. he was a big fat guy for the first time in his life! I dont think he liked it very much.. :) Well then we got to the gate and there was a HUGe line but my smart hubby bought priority boarding so we were one of the first ten on to get the seats we wanted YEA! So we made it to Palma and then the airport forgot us so they didn't have a bus there to take us to the terminal so we waited with a funny angry old man and all the rest of the passengers in the plan for a good 20 min until we were shuttled to the airport terminal. From then on it was smooth sailing.. we were able to get our car.. a KA which is SUPER tiny and funny.. its a little bigger than a smart car. Anyway and we made it to our hotel in Magaluf no problem :) It's a sweet hotel right on the ocean and we have a great view of it too.
Today we got up and drove a couple hours to Sa Calobra which was an amazing rocky beach area.. SO COOL! Then after all the winding roads we thought why not go a little further and we drove to Formentour which is an awesome look out over the ocean. It was the highlight of my trip. I can't believe how beautiful this earth is! I loved it! And neither of us got sick on all the switch backs yea! Then we stopped at the super market and got some fresh sliced jamon/chicken and havarti cheese and made sandwiches and had our own little feast in the car. Now we are back at the hotel and ready to party the night away with the live band. Last night we went out and saw them and Danny took me out and danced with me on the dance floor! So sweet of him :) Palma is my favorite part of Spain!

Morgan & Danny- The adventurersssssss
The view off our hotel balcony. Can you see Danny down there with my pink bag?! Of course we had to lay out EVERYDAY!!
To start our trips we had to go through about a MILLIOn of switchbacks that looked just like this!
Our tiny KA car!! So adorable!! xoxox We had to take a side stop after all the switchbacks and get some fresh air so we stopped at this little shop climbed up some stairs and found this awesome view!! I even climbed on the ledge by the roof to get a great view pic!
I love how they do this terracing of the land for their olive orchards.
Goat in a tree!! Goat in a tree!! He must have been hungry! hahaha!!
Getting ready to go through the cave to make it to the beach!
WOW I am white! Haha.. that's what the flash does to you when you're going through a sick cave through a mountain to get to the beach! It was pretty crazy! We walked through the mountain for a good 5 min! Awesome!
So it opened up into this! RAD! It was a pebble beach! It's quite famous and its too bad that it was a little overcast so we couldn't really get super tan.
There were these random stairs etched into the side of the rock and so there were about 10 guys jumping and cheering each other on so eventually everyone on the beach had to start cheering for them too! haha! It was awesome and super fun!
Toe Squeeze on pebble beach. Also the rocks were kinda warm so it was really nice to lay on :)
A quick car lunch! We got some yummy sliced jamon and cheese in the grocery store and made our own bocadillos! Yummy!
Aren't these colors so beautiful?! So the trip couldn't stop there! We had to keep driving.. notice the little goat in the pic below!? How fun.. he was watching us! So we stopped at the most BEAUTIFUL part of spain ever.. Formentour!
So even though we were super high.. can you see the top of the mountain in this pic? That's where we're headed next!
I love my sweet boy!!
Danny walking off the edge of the world!!
Can you see me?! More important can you see how BLUE the water is!? It's just beautiful!
Part of our hiking trail to the lookout point!
SO BEAUTIFUL! I could have stayed up here all day!
Well after that beautiful hike we couldn't stop there.. Danny drove us up the top of the mountain seen in the pic a few above this one.. it was the absolute highest I think I've ever been! It was truly beautiful!
And if we weren't high enough.. danny had to climb it!!
Can you see his head poking out the top?! haha .. i just couldn't look while he climbed that thing! This was an amazinggg view and place to visit! I love spain!
