A Girly Party...

So I went to the most adorable Girly Party for my friend Val. She is going to have her second little girl and so instead of a baby shower we had a girly party. It was so fun to see all the frills. We all had fun telling all things we love about Val. Personally she has been such a sweet friend to me out here in DC. My first few weeks at church she found me and added me to the Med Families group and has invited me to many events. She was even considerate enough to get me flowers during my miscarriage since she is the only one in our ward that even knew. She is one of the most thoughtful, spunky, and sweet girls ever and I'm so sad cuz her hubby got his anesthesia residency in Texas so they are going to be moving in a couple of weeks.
