Taken at my desk at work I would like to display my strawberry cream cupcakes! YUMM!! To make these I used a simple yellow cake recipe. For the frosting I made strawberry cream cheese frosting using FRESH strawberries, cream cheese, a little powdered sugar, and vanilla. It turned out delicious!! Too bad the students in my class ate them all!
